CElls and their Functions

HI. I hope to have somoene comment, I would really appreciate it. I have a County that I am dividing into like 100 cells, and each cell will be assigned a value which is in fact a function of the number of industries (and other pollution stuff). Well I can do this calculation but it will take a hell of time, I am wondering if somoene has an idea or an extension in which one can implement the same procedure for different cells (replicate the same function but on the other cells ). I just have two remarks, the functions are not simple ( i use proximity analysis then analytical calculation ) second I am talking about cells of like 800 meters square so no way for me to use Gridding as in Spatial analyst
